Fabiaan Van Vrekhem

Fabiaan Van Vrekhem has broad experience in organization development, recruitment, competence management, performance management, industrial relations and overall HR management.
He is presently Chairman of Valpeo, an international community of leadership advisors, designed to enable people and organizations to unfold their authenticity and full potential.
He also heads the executive management consultancy organization Accord Group Belgium, specializing in supporting top management. Accord Group Belgium was named “Best Executive Search & Talent Search Company” in 2013.
Between 2014 and 2016, Fabiaan was practice leader, leadership services with AltoPartners, an international network of executive search organizations.
Before this, he gained experience in insurance, non-profit, and with large groups as Tate & Lyle, Campina Melkunie and as HR Director at Alken-Maes, part of Danone Group.
In 2017 he launched www.valpeo.com, a platform to help build a sustainable future, driven by purpose.
Between 2011 and 2017, he developed — based on the research of Elliott Jaques, Robert Kegan, Shalom Schwartz, and Mark Van Clieaf — a fully integrated methodology to assess leader-to-context fit, culture, Five Innovation Zones, Levels of Sustainability, and organization design and effectiveness.
