Lisa provides design and implementation support, including client education; process design; leadership team group facilitation; assessment and feedback; change management; and executive coaching and instructional design anchored in Work Levels principles.

Lisa brings a unique perspective, with more than 15 years of experience in human resources positions in hospitality, executive search, and outplacement, followed by 20 years of global executive coaching, instructional design, and facilitation, as well as organization and talent systems consulting across a wide variety of industries, non-profits, and education.

She has consulted in organizational alignment, high potential identification, talent acquisition, team and individual performance, development, deployment and retention, and change management.

  • Feedback and Coaching
    Lisa has facilitated assessments and feedback and has coached thousands of individuals and teams at all levels. Her unique way of connecting with people has earned her clients at Abt Associates, Actuant, AECOM, Avnet, Blood Center of Wisconsin, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CME Group, Dow Corning, Follett Corporation, Kraft Foods, M&I Bank, Northern Illinois Food Bank, OSF HealthCare, and a global technology organization.

    She has coached high potentials as well as struggling managers, directors and vice presidents for the above and dozens of additional companies.
  • Instructional Design and Facilitation
    Lisa has designed and facilitated hundreds of executive leadership summits, team retreats, certifications and competency based, high potential, and change management training sessions for all levels of employee from individual contributor to executive.

    She created Leadership in Action, a series of competency-based training sessions for supervisors, team leaders, managers and executives.

    Prior to joining FutureZero, she was an implementation manager for Achieve Global and an executive consultant with Drake, Beam Morin, Inc.
  • Master Faculty
    With her partners, Lisa has certified more than 3,500 HR and OD professionals in Hay/Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Suite of development tools. She is an Associate of Hay/Korn Ferry.
